How do I purchase products on your website?

Making an online purchase is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

There are various ways to browse our product ranges and they are all located under the product range title on the horizontal menu bar. Shop by browsing through each range; Run, Bike, Triathlon, Compression and Gym.

1. Click on either the product title or image to access more information about each item. Here you will be able to read about the product materials, pricing, sizing, or add the product to your shopping cart.

2. Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button below the quantity box. Please also add in the quantity you would like.

3. To review items added to your cart item to your cart click 'View Cart' on the right hand side of the screen. To delete any items you have chosen click the remove button for the product you no longer want. To change the number of items you wish to purchase key in a new quantity and the cart will update automatically.

5. When you are finished shopping either press the ‘Check Out’ button on the shopping cart, or the ‘View Cart' button at the top right of the product page and then the ‘Check Out’ button if you are not in the shopping cart to begin with.

Item Availability

If an item is out of stock in our UK distribution centre it may take up to two weeks for us to deliver this to you, you will be notified via e-mail if this is the case.

If an item is completely out of stock (i.e. not available from our European Distribution Centre) you will not be able to purchase it. It will state in the product page that the item is currently out of stock. If you are interested in purchasing the product you can email us at info@multisportdistribution.co.uk to inform us of your interest and we will be happy to advise you when it comes back into stock.

Sometimes you may have placed an item in your shopping cart however when you go to checkout it is not available or out of stock. This may happen if there is only one item left and someone else has purchased it while you were still browsing, or while it was sitting in your shopping cart. Again, if this happens you can email us and we can let you know when it may come back into stock.
